With a focus on education, she enjoys sharing her extensive knowledge with our patients on the importance of good oral health and seeing the positive difference this can make in their lives. Her commitment to excellence in her field, Krista is poised to make a lasting, positive impact in the world of dental hygiene. When not at the office, Krista enjoys gardening, watching sports and interior design. She also loves spending time on the water, celebrating family events, fine dining and travelling the globe.

Restorative Dental Hygiene at the University of Manitoba

Understanding the dynamic nature of the dental field, Stephanie actively engages in continuing education courses, ensuring that she remains at the forefront of the industry. She has recently completed the Restorative Dental Hygiene program at the University of Manitoba and has been putting her new restorative skills sets to use here at Pim Street Dental. Driven, creative and cheerful, Stephanie enjoys staying active, crafting and spending time with her two children. Her perfect day off would include a quiet coffee, a long run and ordering takeout.

Lindsay is an accomplished dental hygienist with a proven track record in delivering compassionate care. Her confident & empathetic approach ensures that each patient’s dental visit a positive, informative experience. She takes pride in creating a comfortable environment for patients of all ages. With experience in both general dentistry and orthodontics, Lindsay brings a well rounded perspective to her patient’s oral health education and treatment. Lindsay is known for her determined and easy going nature, those around her always expect a sarcastic comeback to lighten the mood. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her at her daughter’s soccer game, dance practice or spending time with her dog & family.

Calm, quiet yet tenacious, Kelly joined the Pim Street Dental team in 2024. Along with her dental experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and commitment to excellent with every patient interaction. With a quiet confidence, Kelly excels in conducting thorough dental cleanings, oral assessments, and developing personalized hygiene plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. She is a great addition and asset to our hygiene team! Kelly is happiest when spending time with her family. She enjoys reading, watching Netflix and being outside enjoying nature. One day, she aspires to ride her motorcycle across Canada!

Known for being a positive presence & talkative, Julia loves helping our patients improve their oral health while making a personal connection. She has worked with diverse patient populations, demonstrating an ability to adapt to individual needs and foster a comfortable and trusting environment for even the most apprehensive of patients. Outside of the dentistry, Julia finds happiness in spending time with animals, pet sitting & biking.

Danica has been an integral part of our dental team for over a decade. Her ability to combine technical expertise with a caring attitude ensures that every patient feels at ease. Known her for efficiency and attention to detail, Danica works closely with the dentist to provide the best possible care to our patients. Danica takes pride in being able to provide services to our clients in both of our official languages. Danica finds happiness spending time with her family, enjoying all of the outdoor activities that Northern Ontario has to offer. Most days after working hours, you can find her at the sidelines of one of her two children’s activities, caffeine in hand.

Carol has been working at our office as a dental assistant since 2022. She is well qualified as she has worked as a dentist in her home country of Brazil, specializing in prosthodontics. Due to her experience, she has a keen eye for the aesthetic side of dentistry which has proven to be a valuable asset chairside. She enjoys working in an environment that is always trying to be on the cutting edge of dental technology while delivering the highest level of treatment. Not only has she brought her extensive dental knowledge to our office, but also her social media marketing skill set. You may have seen her Facebook & Instagram posts on your social feeds! Known for being friendly, positive and driven, Carol enjoys a challenge. Whether it’s learning to cook a new recipe, a new language or taking on a new sport, she’s up for the task! She recharges by enjoying outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking, travelling and spending time with her husband and their cat.

After relocating back to Canada, Susan found her way back to dentistry, a field that she is passionate about. She joined the Pim Streel Dental team in 2021. Since this time, Susan has helped create a calm experience chairside for our patients. With her 20 years of experience as a dental assistant, patients can feel at ease knowing they are in good hands! Susan is happiest when surrounded by her children. She finds peace by getting outdoors and recharging with nature, whether it’s through flying kites or taking spontaneous vacations. Her personal motto, “Peace out and peace within”, reflects her calm and focused nature.

Melissa is the office manager at Pim Street Dental and has been working at the office on our administrative team since 2016. Behind her contagious smile is a team member who is passionate about getting to know all of our patients and making sure they receive quality service and attention from our front office. Melissa helps our practice to run smoothly and efficiently by making sure our team has all they need to be successful; she is our go to for everything! When not at the office, Melissa can be seen walking her dog or at the lake. She enjoys spending her free time enjoying the outdoors and spending time with and watching her son play hockey.

After originally starting out in pharmacy, Michelle has been working in the dental field a little over 10 years. Very proficient in her role, she ensures that all patients leave with a clear understanding of their billings & insurance queries. If you have a question, Michelle will have the answer! Her humorous and outgoing personality makes her the perfect fit for our lighthearted atmosphere & administrative team. Having grown up in the Echo Bay area, Michelle enjoys all that the great north has to offer. She especially enjoys camping with her friends and family.

Mackenzie is the first face you will see when you walk into Pim Street Dental. She joined our team in 2023 with over 5 years of experience in office administration. With a warm smile and a quiet confidence, she coordinates all of our hygiene administrative needs. Her position at Pim Street Dental is well suited to her strong skill set; she is such a welcome addition! Born and raised right here in the Sault, one day Mackenzie hopes to travel to Ireland. She is happiest when she is by the water with a cold beverage in hand. She enjoy spending time with her boyfriend and their fur babies.
